Having born in the community, how can you go away from the community? You must regard that service to the community is service to God. Push away the selfishness in you and undertake the task of helping others. God will like those people who like the people around them. In your daily life, you are saying that God is omnipresent, but you are not putting it into practice. What you should do is to regard God as being present in everyone and you should love everyone as you love God. Individual spiritual practice is the negative pole and service is the positive pole. The conjunction of both the poles can alone bring success. The scriptures prescribe chanting the Lord’s name and service as the primary spiritual disciplines in this age of Kali to attain the goal of union with God.

We the LAASA feels the above lines as Vedic and our volunteers always refine themselves in the service to the community with the touch of humanity.

Mrs.P.Padmavati, a mother leading her life with a dumb & deaf son and with a physically handicapped son by just selling some tiffin in streets. She is the owner and bread winner of the house. One day she fell and the thigh-bone was fractured. Later, surgery was made to set right it. But there is a desperate need of medicine and food for this deserving mother at Srikurmam, Srikakulam Dist.

LAASA through its committed volunteer Mr.AVLNarasinga Rao have provided medical assistance and served as a real son through this noble deed. Birth and death are common to anyone but real humanity has only birth and it has no death.
