“We may get a doubt as to why God should have so many different names. Each of these in fact refers to a particular quality of the Lord. We know that in a house the son comes and addresses the head of the family as father, while the daughter-in-law calls him father-in-law, the grandson addresses him as grandfather, and the wife as “My dear husband”. Here we see that because he has established different types of relationships, he is addressed by different names by different people. Similarly, a brahmin is called a pujari (priest) if he performs puja and is called a cook if he is cooking. He acquires a different name depending on the nature of work that he performs. Similarly depending on the time, situation and the country, God has been given different names that are appropriate to the situation and role He plays..”
LAASA salutes its volunteer Suresh Teeda who has explained the meaning and the inner essence of all the vedas by identifying needy student – Sai a resident of Kancharapalem area, Visakapatnam who is a physically challenged student pursuing his career with the help of Prajwalavani Welfare Association. Sai has a financial crisis to meet his expenses for competitive exams. LAASA has committed to extend hand by providing the necessary educational assistance to Sai.
The basic essence of all the Vedas is to serve the needful with purity at heart with unity. As always LAASA is to Love all and Serve All to infinity and beyond.
