The idea of selfless service (seva) is an important concept in a number of religions because God is perceived as having an interest in the well-being of others as well as oneself; serving other people is considered an essential devotional practice of indirectly serving God and living a religious life that is a benefit to others. “Engage yourselves in service activity. Consider social service as service to God. This is the best way to earn God’s Love. Love all and serve all. Your entire life will be sanctified thereby.”
Our volunteer K.TrinadhaRao has attained the oneness and identified two poor and needy families at Lingalavalasa Village, Venkatapuram, Srikakulam. Regidi Narasayya (aged 75) was a paralyzed patient. He is living alone and no one is there to take care of him. Ippili Chinnammi (aged 65+) was sick and was living with her husband who was mentally challenged. They’re not even able to earn bread. We the LAASA has provided food under 100 day food program to these poor and deserving families.
